2023 Member Survey Drawing Rules
Valid December 1st, 2023 – January 16, 2024 , see below for more details.
- The 2023 Member Survey Drawing is not sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
- The LACS is hosting a drawing to members who successfully complete the 2023 Member Survey.
- The 2023 Members Survey begins December 1st, 2023 at 12:00am CT through January 16th, 2024 at 11:59pm.
- Participant restrictions: Participants must be 18 years old or older to participate in the raffle. Participants must be a current member of the LACS. Limited to one entry per member or membership household.
- One drawing winner will be chosen at random and announced January 17th, 2024 at 11:00am CT.
- The drawing winner will be contacted via email to discuss details on how to redeem their prize. The winner is responsible for in-person pick-up at the LACS, if local. Mailed delivery shipping costs paid by the LACS.
