Dual Citizenship Article 89 Update: (This only applies to Article 89 applicants who already submitted Stage 1 by December 31, 2018.)
The travel deadline to present your Stage 2 paperwork in Luxembourg to December 31, 2025.
Important: Contact LACS at least 5 months before anticipated travel to schedule Stage 2 Call.
If an international background check is needed, please schedule 6 months in advance of anticipated travel date.
