It’s Time to Plant New Seeds

Surrounding the Luxembourg American Cultural Society are gardens that have sadly become overgrown in some areas and sparse where plants have died. The once beautiful and joyful gardens have lost their luster and need some loving care. In 2022, the LACS plans to begin revitalizing the Pesche-Leider Luxembourg Garden and Adolph & Marie Ansay Courtyard.

We are offering two-year naming rights to our flower beds and annual plantings.  The funds will be used to remove old plants, prune trees and bushes, work with garden experts on replanting appropriate plants and future weed control. In addition, our bricked areas need tuckpointing and repairs. Funds will also be used to maintain our gardens and lawns by supporting a part-time summer gardening youth assistant.

You can sponsor an entire flower bed in memory of loved ones or an individual plant to celebrate a special event. Your donation will be acknowledged with a plaque and in the Luxembourg American Gazette magazine.

Contact Patricia Lutz with any questions on how you can support our mission to rejuvenate the Luxembourg American Cultural Society’s gardens.
