DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Belgium\, Wisconsin’s Luxembourg heritage at Luxembourg Fest-\nthe World’s Largest Luxembourg Family Reunion! \nJoin us for a weekend of Luxembourgish Fun Friday\, August 13- Sunday\, August 15\, 2021.  All fest activities take place at Belgium’s Community Park on Main Street in Belgium\, Wisconsin. \nThe festivities currently planned include a Friday night blues band\, followed by Saturday’s Luxembourg Fest Parade\, FREE Kids’ Zone\, Car Show\, Luxembourg Fest Street Market\, the Vern Arendt Photo Tent\, Ansay International’s Taste of Luxembourg Experience\, International Welcome Tent\, Great Food\, Cold Drinks\, and Live Music all day including the Echoes of Camp Randall\, Nitro Five\,  Star Six Nine and\, if travel allows\, special band from Luxembourg to be announced! \n  \nFRIDAY\, AUGUST 13\, 2021:\nBlues concert brought to us by the Paramount Music Association. More details to come! \nSATURDAY\, AUGUST 14\, 2021: \n9 am: Car show begins. Registration info to come soon. Admire cars from throughout history at our Main Street Fest grounds. \n10 am: Parade steps off on Main Street on the corner of Main and Lar-Ann\, marching west down Main past the park to Elm. \n10 am- 4 pm: Kids Zone is open. Free of charge! Be entertained by Mary Macaroni and play like a kid on farm-fresh hay bales.  More details to come! \n10 am- 4 pm. Luxembourg Fest Street Market is open.  Shop to your heart’s content with a variety of vendors right on Beech Street next to the park. \nEntertainment: \nEchoes of Camp Randall: Watch this great band that cheers on the Badgers as they march in our parade and entertain at the park afterwards (Please note\, this booking is tentative\, subject to status of COVID at the time and UW approvals). \n11 am: Registration for World’s Largest Treipen Contest \n12 pm: World’s Largest Treipen Contest \n1 pm- 5 pm: Caricature Artist \n1 pm- 4 pm: Luxembourg Band performs\, contingent on the ability to travel internationally. Details TBD. \n4 pm- 7 pm: Nitro Five Performs \n7 pm- 11 pm: Star Six Nine Performs \n  \nSUNDAY\, AUGUST 15\, 2021: \nJoin us at 10 am for the Luxembourg Fest Polka Mass. This Catholic mass is a special tradition here at Luxembourg Fest. Following mass is the traditional crowning of the Duke and Duchess\, Pat and Rhonda Krier.  Stick around afterwards for some delicious Luxembourgish dining fare\, including Treipen\, and dance til your feet hurt to the cheery tunes of the Goodtime Dutchmen! Music and food continue until 1 pm. \n  \n  \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Father Erik Ross presided over the 2019 Luxembourg Fest Polka Mass\nJoin us Sunday\, August 15th\, 2021 at 10:00 am for the annual Luxembourg Fest Polka Mass. The greatest way to wrap up Luxembourg Fest week is through this special mass.  Live Music at Mass is provided by the Goodtime Dutchmen.  The Luxembourg Fest pageantry is a unique end to this mass\, where the Luxembourg Fest 2021 Duke and Duchess\, Pat & Rhonda Krier will be crowned.  Following mass\, the music and dancing continues\, and a Luxembourg Lunch is available\, including Treipen and other culinary delights. \n  \nYou won’t want to miss this incredible Sunday morning tradition!
